These single-acting, spring-return cylinders combine advanced surface treatment with practical features to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of use in industrial and construction environments. • Advanced surface treatment – Cylinder body, piston, and stop ring undergo gas nitriding + post‑oxidation, providing excellent wear resistance, self‑lubrication, and corrosion protection. • Additional paint finish – The entire cylinder receives a second paint coating, enhancing visual identification and further improving corrosion resistance. • Compact & lightweight design – Ideal for working in tight spaces where full‑size cylinders cannot fit. • Wiper seal – Minimizes contamination ingress, significantly extending hydraulic cylinder service life. • Standard CEJN quick coupler & dust cap – All models are equipped with a genuine CEJN quick coupler and protective dust cap for fast, clean connections. • Threaded plunger top – The grooved plunger features a threaded hole at the top, allowing easy mounting of an optional tilt saddle.
