After heat treatment, the hardness is as high as HRC43, the surface roughness is Ra 0.2, and it has long life and high strength. • The dust ring prevents external impurities from entering the inner cavity of the cylinder and causing pollution and tool damage. • Composite material bearing wear rings greatly improve the supporting capacity of the piston and enhance the hydraulic cylinder’s ability to resist eccentric loads.
