Designed to withstand demanding industrial environments, these cylinders offer a range of advanced features that extend service life and enhance user convenience. • Composite Support Ring – Prevents direct metal-to-metal contact, significantly extending cylinder service life. Also provides resistance against up to 10% side loading. • Fully Hardened Surface – The entire surface undergoes a complete hardening process, offering superior resistance to external damage and further prolonging cylinder durability. • Integrated Handles (30–150 ton models) – Standard on cylinders from 30 to 150 tons, facilitating easy handling and transport. • Standard Saddle – Included to prevent load-induced cylinder damage during lifting operations. • Steel Base Options – Standard on RAC20 and larger tonnage cylinders. Optional steel base available for RAC10 and RAC15 models to accommodate various application requirements.
