The RIVERLAKE CUSP series is an ultra-flat hydraulic cylinder designed for applications requiring a low profile, high tonnage, and the ability to accommodate angular misalignment. Unlike models with a mechanical stop-ring, the CUSP offers unrestricted piston stroke while incorporating an integrated tilt saddle for improved load distribution. • High Eccentric Load Capacity Capable of withstanding eccentric loads up to 4% of the maximum rated load, ensuring stable and reliable performance even under off-center loading conditions. • Ultra-Low Profile with Integrated Tilt Saddle The cylinder features an extremely low closed height combined with a built-in tilt saddle. This design is ideal for confined spaces and heavy lifting applications where conventional cylinders cannot fit. • Integrated Tilt Saddle (Up to 4°) The saddle allows up to 4 degrees of angular compensation, evenly distributing the load across the piston surface. This reduces stress concentrations and helps prevent premature seal or cylinder damage when the contact surface is not perfectly parallel.
